Smart Phones
Hello Chandler Crossings. Almost everyone I know has a cell phone. The cell phone might be an old school flip, a slider, a sidekick, a phone with a QWERTY keyboard, or a touch screen. For those who are really into their phones or are really busy and have trouble writing things down; they invest in a Blackberry, an IPhone, or a HTC.
The phone that I like most and have is the Blackberry Curve. The curve is a great and reliable phone. When I am in my East Lansing Student Apartment, I am very rarely (if at all) without service. The top features include Video Messaging, Text messaging, and instant messaging. It also has a 2 Megapixel Camera with Video Capture and a Music Player with External Controls. It comes with a QWERTY keyboard, Wi-Fi, E-mail, and it can easily synch w/ Microsoft Outlook. If you are almost ready for an upgrade or are just looking for a new phone, I would highly suggest trying a Blackberry. There are others outside of the Curve like the Bold, Pearl, the Blackberry Flip, and the Storm.
Since their creation, phones have and always will be the most highly used form of communication. Don’t get me wrong, letters and emails will never fade away but phones will take precedence over them. Letters are used to give a more personal touch. Sending a letter is always good for those you don’t see often and those who live in another country. Trying to call someone out of the country on your cell phone can really run up your bill and you will not be a happy camper lol. With the age of technology we are in, we can not get around the use of our cell phones and how heavily we rely upon them.
What kind of phone do you have? How long have you had it? Do you think smart phones are the greatest creation ever or it is something everyone can do without? Let me know!
