From now until Wednesday, March 3rd The Landings is waiving their $174 activity fee when you sign your lease! (Meaning all you pay is the $25 application fee). PLUS, if you sign your lease during this time, you’ll be entered to win one of five $100 VISA giftcards to put towards Spring Break! Who couldn’t use a few extra bucks for vacation, right?
